Udruženje – Nacionalni biro osiguravača Crne Gore (NBOCG) je u skladu sa odlukom Skupštine Biroa pokrenulo medijsku kampanju usmjerenu ka animiranju gradjana da uvide sopstvene interese u osiguranju a posebno iz oblasti autoodgovornosti.
Udruženje Nacionalni Biro osiguravača Crne Gore (NBOCG) je nastalo kao obaveza Osiguravajućih društava prema Zakonu o osiguranju, Aprila 2007. godine, a osnovali su ga predstavnici “Lovćen osiguranja” AD, “Montenegro osiguranje” AD i “Magnat osiguranje” AD, da bi mu do danas pristupili još i osiguravajuća društva: Delta Generali, Swiss i Uniqa.
Prema riječima Borisa Šabana, izvršnog direktora NBOCG, ovom se kampanjom prvenstveno žele podsjetiti građani Crne Gore na obavezu predviđenu Zakonom o obaveznom osiguranju (Sl.RCG 46/07). Po ovom zakonu svi vlasnici ondosno korisnici motornih vozila su obavezni da imaju zaključeno osiguranje od odgovornosti za štete pričinjene trećim licima, kao jedan od uslova za nesmetano učestvovanje u saobraćaju. Prevenstveno iz razloga što, prema statističkim pokazateljima, vozila koja nemaju zaključeno obavezno osiguranje često izazivaju saobraćajne udese, čime njihovi vlasnici nanose štete sebi i drugima.
„Na ovaj način želimo motivisati vlasnike neosiguranih vozila da ispune Zakonom propisanu obavezu osiguranja, kako bi izbjegli sudske procese u startu nepovoljne kako po njih same tako i za one kojima su nanijeli štetu, kao i što bi osiguranjem dobili i slobodu kretanja i u krajnjem imali dovoljno motiva da vozila osiguraju, kako smo i sloganom kampanje definisali upravo Zbog sebe. NBOCG želi, ovom kampanjom i da izgradi ukupni utisak javnosti o ulozi Nacionalnog biroa osiguravača kao servisa koji djeluje u opšte-društvenoj koristi gradjana.” – zaključuje Šaban
Kampanja će biti realizovana kroz plasiranje komunikacionih poruka slojevito kroz, prije svega, neohodnu prisutnost u elektronskim medijima, direktnim marketingom kroz štampu i distribuciju lifleta u urbanim zonama svih većih mjesta u Crnoj Gori.
